It is the pioneer design of single and double-color density (single and double color) upper-joined once injection shaped.PU double-color upper-joined injectionis the most advanced equipment of shoes manufacturing at present world.It can make various polyurethane upper-joined leather shoes,fallow shoes,sports shoes and mine labor insurance shoes.It shoes new outer looking reach the level of Germany and Italy.It uses industrial computer(PLC) controlling high automatization and just needs 5-8 operating workers and can enter production of equipped with suitable uppers.It overcomes the traditional trivial details of process and expensive equipment investment for shoes manufacturing (this equipment is equipped with 24 working positions,the total weight is about 20 tons includes the main body and assistant machine set,power:50KW).The daily ouput is 1500-2000 pairs for various shoes with features of good shaping,beautiful and no coming unglued.We will be responsible for installation and testing and operating personal training.
